A workshop for registered, qualified and student therapists. The day offers an opportunity to explore your own Shadow in a supportive setting. No previous experience of Shadow-work is required, just curiosity and willingness.

The Course
Through art, movement, guided visualisation, discussion and reflection, we’ll explore the parts of ourselves we hide, reject or project onto others – or simply never learned how to express.
A day for personal exploration, creative discovery and for deepening our work with others.
Come prepared to move, create, reflect and explore. Please wear comfortable, relaxed clothing that allows you to move freely, and bring anything you would like to write or draw with. Please note that this will be a screen free day.
