We all have different personality types. This course will describe six personality adaptations in detail, and will provide a framework for understanding how each personality develops and how it can be identified in practice. Using this knowledge you can then gain insight into that person’s preferred area of personal contact and the principal issues that are likely to arise for them in the process of change.
The Course
Often relationship difficulties can be encountered because people relate to each other in different ways. Understanding personality adaptations can help us, both personally and professionally.
The course is a one day course, drawing on many transactional analysis concepts and is useful for all those in the helping professions. Throughout the day the course will gradually build the model, so that by the end of the day attendees will have a set of tools that can be used in a wide range of contexts.
Course Content
