This day will be a day to enrich the practice of seasoned therapists.

The Course

This studio day will be an experiential day to consider how various ideas about claiming your inner children can inform our self-compassion and calm our inner child trauma. The day will include looking at Erikson’s stages, Bradshaw’s inner children, the work of Violent Oaklander, internal family systems and more.

I enjoyed going to Dunamis for a studio day as I meet new colleagues and old ones, I found that Sara and Sally offer a good balance between theory and experiential; a good mix of thinking, reflecting and doing. I wish I could attend to their sessions more often. Highly recommend.
