This course is aimed at you if you would like to understand yourself, others and your relationships better or improve your communication.

The Course

The TA 101 course is the official introduction to Transactional Analysis, and is the starting point to begin studying TA. This two-day, 12 hour course will help you to understand better how you interact with yourself and with others, and to gain some insight into unhelpful patterns of behaviour that you find yourself repeating, without wanting to and without knowing why.

We will look at how in our  very early life we set the scene for how our life then unfolds, all based on the beliefs we formed, the decisions we made and the strategies we adopted in order to feel safe in the world as a new-born and early infant.

The TA 101 course provides models and tools for anyone who is interacting with other people, in other words just about everyone, no matter what your profession or work activity. For anyone working in a helping profession, from a humanistic perspective, TA is an indispensible tool kit.

There is no exam at the end, and participants will receive an internationally recognised certificate issued by the European Association for Tansactional Analysis (EATA).

Caroline Jany, Studio Day Student

(5/5)

I enjoyed going to Dunamis for a studio day as I meet new colleagues and old ones, I found that Sara and Sally offer a good balance between theory and experiential; a good mix of thinking, reflecting and doing. I wish I could attend to their sessions more often. Highly recommend.
